Crystal slab

Porcelain stone (crystal) is mainly composed of two minerals, wollastonite and calcite. These rocks are lumps of limestone that have been recrystallized due to internal factors, such as temperature and pressure, and their graining has formed as crystals that can be seen with the eye; For this reason, it is called crystal and is considered as a part of metamorphic rocks. Chinese rocks in different parts of the earth are different in terms of metamorphism and chemical composition. Porcelain often has large crystals. These coarse crystals are the difference between porcelain and sedimentary carbonate rocks. It is completely technical and correct to use porcelain stone for facade and exterior applications.

In terms of water absorption and water vapor adhesion, porcelain stoneware is neither as absorbent as travertine nor as non-sticky as granite. Porcelain stone is the main material for the facade of many old buildings, especially in tropical regions, because its light color prevents the building from absorbing too much heat. The resistance of this stone against weathering is good and appreciable on average, and in some mines, porcelain stone can compete with travertine and granite.

This stone, like other types of stones, is offered to the market in different qualities, and the whiter the stone, the higher its price.

Crystal stone with its beautiful appearance, clear background, and high diversity have attracted many fans. In the stone industry, crystal stone is mainly available in the dark to light gray color spectrum with grey, black and yellow streaks. Over the past years, the use of this stone has grown significantly. Building engineers and architects use porcelain stone in building facades, stairs and staircases, floor stone in interior spaces such as lobby, reception, bedroom, bathroom, table top and cabinet stone.

The most important parameter of crystal stone quality is the physical and chemical analysis of that stone, and the closer the crystal stone analysis is to the optimal level, the higher the quality and the higher the price.
Porcelain stones are mostly used in the facade of buildings and paving stones, and the stone facade must be restrained by a scoop to prevent the stone from falling, and the thickness of the porcelain stone is very important for scooping the stone, and the thicker the stone, the higher the price, and in stone paving The material used must have the necessary thickness in terms of compressive strength.
Porcelain stone or crystal does not have many color variations, and among white porcelain stones, the brighter and streak-free the stone is, the more popular it is and the higher the price.

Crystal or porcelain stones have different sorts that are sorted after the cutting and sub-sorting stage. Recently, a device called a sorting machine performs the task of sorting stones. The more accurate and uniform the stone sort is, the higher the price.
The type of stone processing plays a decisive role in the price of crystal stone. The precision in cutting and angularity of the stone, the amount of sub and polishing of the stone and the type of packaging and transportation will have an effect on the price of crystal stones.
The quality grade of crystal stone is very influential in determining its price, and sometimes the grade of similar super stones has a lower price than grade 2 of the same stone.

One of the main activities of our colleagues in the domestic construction stone sales department is the sale of porcelain stone in slab and tile forms, and it will be an honor for our group to be your advisor when deciding to buy the construction stone needed for your project.
